How a Hardware Health Check Works?
The hardware health check is an assessment of the performance of the POS devices in relation to each other, connectivity, and functionality. The POS software will search for each of the associated hardware devices, making sure they are connected and working the way they are intended to (such as confirming that a receipt printer is functional, that a payment terminal is connected, and that a cash register responds to commands).
